1. We provide any movie/OTT accounts. We will do the setup using OTT accounts/downloaded content.
2. Smoking/Drinking is NOT allowed inside the theater.
3. Any DAMAGE caused to theater, including decorative materials like balloons, lights etc will have to be reimbursed.
4. Guests are requested to maintain CLEANLINESS inside the theater.
5. Party poppers/Snow sprays/Cold Fire, and any other similar items are strictly prohibited inside the theater.
6. Carrying AADHAAR CARD is mandatory below 18 years.
7. Couples under 18 years of age are not allowed to book the theatre.
8. Pets are strictly not allowed inside the theatre.
9. We collect an advance amount of Rs 1250 convenience fee to book the slot.
10. Cancellation of slots will not available in weekends/public holidays/festivals.
11. Refund will be available one week before cancellation & applicable within 8 days, no refunds for reschedule bookings.
12. Incase of power cut we cannot provide AC, but remaining services are provided. And for technical issues no refund is applicable.
13. Outside food is only allowed at Roof-Top Package but, cleaning charges are applicable depending on members.
14. Management is not response fro your beloved things.
15. Bookings are accepted only on working hours (9AM-11PM).
